STRUCTURAL FEATURES

Single shaft structure, safe and reliable, and has a service life which is over one times more than that of the multi axis structure. The maximum insertion length can reach up to 18m (including 3 meters of suction pipe).

Excellent hydraulic model is selected with characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, reliable and good suction performance. Guide vane type pump body, compared with pump casing type pump body, the radial force is eliminated to ensure that pump operation is more steady and reliable;

Revolving speed is reasonable, and bearing structure is safe and reliable. Bearing of international famous brand is adopted, of which self-cooling or forced cooling lubrication structure can be chosen for the sliding bearing as required;

The structure of impeller can be closed or semi-open structure according to user* s requirements. Axial gap adjuster can be equipped with main shaft to ensure that impeller operates under condition of best gap, which is especially suitable for semi-open impeller;

Grease or thin oil lubrication structure can be used as required for upper sliding bearing, bearing cooling equipment can be added as required;

Impeller is immersed in the pool, so it is easy to be started with a strong silt suction ability. There* s no problem with evacuation start.

The coupling is elastic pin coupling which makes the on-site installation convenient.
