STRUCTURAL FEATURES

It is a vertical, single-stage, bottom suction and horizontal discharge centrifugal pump.

The pump body is designed with an annular delivery chamber, the impeller is designed based on anti-cavitation performance and a radial guide vane is equipped to the impeller outlet, radial guide vane equipped at the pump outlet,which can improve the efficiency of the pump and avoid the occurrence of the radial force.

High temperature mechanical seals are equipped to the shaft seal with a self-circulation cooling system set to prevent medium 丨eakage.

A diaphragm coupling is adopted as the coupling with an intermediate segment, which can ensure replacement of mechanical seal without disassembling the motor.

With simple structure, rapid disassembly and assembly, easy to maintain, and the design life of the pump set is more than 60 years.
