STRUCTURAL FEATURES

The pump is horizontal axially split case, single-stage, double-suction centrifugal pump with two ends supported;

View from the coupling, the pump rotates anticlockwise with both the inlet and outlet directions being in a horizontal direction;

The shaft seal is cartridge mechanical seal;

Thin oil self-lubricating of antifriction bearing is adopted by the bearing; air cooling is adopted as the cooling way;

A flow expansion device is designed between the impeller and the spiral housing so as to optimize the distribution of flow field and eliminate the radial force generated by hydraulic power, and meanwhile, the engineering requirements can be met by just replacing the impeller and the flow expansion device without changing the pump cover and body if the flow needs to be altered.
