The outlet pipe of the pump can be selected on the foundation or below the foundation according to the user's requirements. The installation form of the pump can be single foundation or double foundation. For single-foundation pumps, the pump and motor are installed on the same foundation, and for dual-foundation pumps, the pump and motor are installed on different foundations;
The core-pulling design is adopted, that is, after the pump cover at the top of the pump is disassembled, the core-pulling part of the pump including the entire pump shaft component, water-lubricated bearing, impeller, impeller chamber, guide vane and inner pipe can be pulled out, while the entire pump outer cylinder connected with the outlet pipe is still fixed on the pump foundation, making installation, maintenance and repair convenient and fast;
The inlet of the pump is horn inlet, and a metal guide cone with blades is arranged at the inlet of the horn, which can minimize the submerged depth of the pump inlet and ensure that there is no vortex in the flow state of the pump inlet;
The use of imported water guide bearings, while the use of anti-sand measures to extend the service life of the pump;
The shaft seal of the pump adopts mechanical seal or packing seal according to the different requirements of the user;
Set the pump shaft axial adjustment nut on the pump body. In this way, the gap between the pump blade and the impeller chamber can be easily adjusted during installation without disassembling the pump. To ensure that the pump design requirements to achieve the minimum clearance, and the pump has the highest efficiency.
