Structural features:
The conveying medium is sea water, and the main parts in contact with the medium are made of duplex stainless steel;
The concrete volute is adopted, and the main components include motor, planetary reduction gear box, lubrication system, auxiliary equipment, pipeline, valve and instrument, etc;
The impeller, pump shaft, guide bearing, pump cover, gear box and other components of the pump set are designed to be removed directly from the top of the pump set.
The connection between the pump shaft and the impeller adopts the flange form, which is more convenient for processing, manufacturing, assembly and maintenance than the long double bond or single bond connection.
The impeller is provided with an impeller upper sealing ring and an impeller lower sealing ring, and the pump cover and the lower support ring are equipped with a pump cover sealing ring and a lower support ring sealing ring, which protects the impeller and prolongs the operating life of the impeller.
The mechanical seal or packing seal adopts a split valve structure design, which facilitates the replacement of the mechanical seal or packing seal during maintenance.
