Structural features
The structure of the pump is vertical, single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump;
The suction port of the pump is vertically downward, and the discharge port is horizontal; the bearing lubrication of the cantilever bearing part is guaranteed by the constant oil cup.
From the suction port, the pump rotates clockwise; the coupling adopts a diaphragm coupling with an intermediate section.
The axial force generated by the pump is mainly balanced by the balance hole, and the residual axial force is borne by a pair of paired single row tapered roller bearings;
The shaft seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal, and the static seal adopts O-ring, winding gasket or metal surface seal;
The bearing adopts rolling bearing, the lubrication method is oil lubrication, and the cooling method of the bearing adopts air cooling;
The pump body, pump cover, impeller, seal ring, shaft and other parts are made of duplex stainless steel, which can effectively prevent seawater corrosion and erosion.
