Structural features
The pump is horizontal and multi-stage centrifugal pump, and the inlet and outlet of the pump are upward.
The pump core can be drawn out as a whole without disassembling the pump cylinder and connecting pipelines, thus shortening the maintenance time and greatly reducing the working time of the on-site maintenance personnel.
The sealing ring of pump body and the inner hole of guide vane sleeve are designed as labyrinth structure to reduce the interstage leakage in pump body.
The shaft seal adopts the package balanced mechanical seal.
The impeller structure of the pump and the arrangement of the rotor components are specially designed to skillfully balance the huge axial force generated by the impeller and avoid the failure rate of the balance mechanism.
The coupling adopts a diaphragm coupling with an intermediate section to ensure that the mechanical seal is replaced without disassembling the motor.
The pump set has the advantages of simple structure, quick disassembly and assembly, convenient maintenance, and the design life is more than 60 years.
