How is nuclear fuel produced?

Pressurized water reactor is widely used in nuclear power plants at home and abroad. The nuclear fuel of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant uses low-concentration uranium with a uranium -235 content of 3% to 5% (more than 90% high-concentration uranium is used in atomic bombs). The process by which they obtain nuclear fuel includes uranium prospecting, uranium mining, uranium smelting, uranium conversion, uranium enrichment and the manufacture of fuel elements.

What is even more incredible is that the manufacture of nuclear fuel components is only an industrial production process and does not produce radiation. This is not fundamentally different from the production of clothes, water cups, cars, etc. in factories. Radiation will be produced only after the nuclear fuel components are placed in the core of the nuclear reactor and the fission reaction starts.
