At 5:20 on August 21, 2017, the third-generation nuclear power technology "Hualong No. 1" Fuqing Nuclear Power Unit 5, which was independently developed by our company, successfully completed the factory hot-state joint commissioning test of the first main feed water pump unit.
The whole test related work started at 18: 00 on August 18, 2017 and ended at 5: 20 on August 21, 2017. It took nearly 60 hours in total to carry out the thermal joint adjustment test and test data collection under the rated working condition, maximum working condition and 75% load working condition of the pump unit. The pump unit operated stably and all performance data met the requirements of the contract and technical specifications.
The supervision representative of China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., the leaders of Apollo Company and the members of the project team worked together to overcome the high temperature and heat, stick to their posts and fight continuously, with the attitude of strivers, adhering to the work concept of doing things well at one time, and completed the test and the whole process witness work rigorously and efficiently. The main feed water pump set is the "heart" of the secondary circuit of the nuclear power plant, and its design technology, manufacturing integration technology and thermal test technology are all world-class problems. In particular, the full-load thermal test of the main feed water pump set is the first successful completion of domestic nuclear power products, which indicates that domestic manufacturing enterprises are fully capable of mastering the core technology of nuclear power high-end equipment, contribute to the construction of China's third-generation nuclear power technology "Hualong One" nuclear power project and the "Belt and Road" nuclear power export strategy!
