STRUCTURAL FEATURES

Looking from coupling end, all rotates in clockwise. If users need counterclockwise rotation, he shall put forward the special requirement in contract;

Pump casing is horizontal split, pump suction and discharge nozzles are both casted on the lower pump body, when checking inner pump casing, only needs to remove the pump cover, notn't dismantle the inlet and outlet pipelines;

Pipe thread hole of vacuum gauge and pressure gauge are installed on the inlet and outlet flange, plugs are set on the bottom of inlet and outlet flange.

The rotor parts are examined through static balance test.

The bearing adopts rolling bearing, grease lubricated.

The pump is coupled by flexible coupling and motor;

The shaft seal uses mechanical seal or soft packing seal;
