Nuclear and Radiation Safety Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, China General Nuclear Power Group Co., Ltd., China General Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Shenzhen China General Nuclear Power Engineering Design Co., Ltd., Hualong International Nuclear Power Technology Co., Ltd., China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., China Central Plains Foreign Engineering Co., Ltd., State Nuclear Engineering Co., Ltd., China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute, China General Nuclear Power Operation Co., Ltd., China Nuclear Power Xiapu Nuclear Power Co., Fujian Fuqing Nuclear Power Co., Ltd, experts and leaders from CNNC Guodian Zhangzhou Energy Co., Ltd., CNNC Huadian Hebei Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiaotong University, Wolong Electric Nanyang Explosion-proof Group Co., Ltd. and other units attended the meeting.
Experts from the appraisal committee and some representatives attending the meeting extracted and witnessed some performance tests of the prototype in the company's production workshop and nuclear pump test site, listened to the development process and development summary report of the members of the development team, and consulted the documents and materials of the design, manufacture, test, testing and quality assurance of the three prototypes. After discussion and approval by the appraisal committee, the appraisal opinions were formed: "Hualong No.1" nuclear safety secondary low-pressure safety injection pump, nuclear safety tertiary emergency feed pump and independently developed M310 charging pump were successfully developed, and the main performance indexes reached the advanced level of international similar products, which can be popularized and applied in "Hualong No.1" and other PWR nuclear power plants.
Experts at the meeting also reviewed the independent design method of the chemical makeup pump jointly developed by Shanghai Apollo Machinery Co., Ltd. and China Guangzhou Nuclear Engineering Co., Ltd. relying on the AP1000 third-generation pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant. The appraisal committee listened to the report of the company's independent design method relying on the AP1000 third-generation pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant chemical capacity make-up pump, and formed a review opinion: the independent water pump design method is advanced and innovative.
In the past ten years, the company has adhered to the nuclear safety culture concept of "safety first, quality first", has been committed to the development and supply of nuclear-grade pumps and important non-nuclear-grade pumps for a long time, actively participated in the construction of the "Hualong No.1" demonstration project, set up a special technical team, and learned technical standards with the help and support of the expert team of the engineering company, A number of special test tasks have been completed, and the quality foundation of the final product has been consolidated.
