On August 10, 2017, at 15:00 p.m. in the training room on the 2nd floor of building e of the company, a safety education meeting of the production and manufacturing department was held. The meeting was led by the Human Resources Department, lectured by Jiang Renxun, safety officer of the Safety and Technical Transformation Facilities Department, and attended by employees of the Production and Manufacturing Department.
First of all, the safety production situation of the workshop last year and the first half of this year was briefly combed and summarized, the safety accidents occurred were classified and expounded, and the causes of different accidents were analyzed, mainly including: improper operation, violation of safety operation procedures, carelessness, inadequate safety protection, traffic accidents, and the corresponding preventive measures were emphasized in combination with these safety accidents.
Subsequently, special education and training were carried out for safe production operations in the workshop: 1. The purpose of safe production, safety policies and on-site regulations of the production workshop were explained; 2. Workshop operation regulations, relevant safety inspections and prohibited matters were explained. 3. Explained the common sense of safe production (six disciplines of safe production and ten prohibitions of safe production);4. Explained the nine categories of detailed rules for safe production and correct operation guidance requirements; 5. Explained the main hazard sources and countermeasures (including: landslides and landslides, safe electricity use, vehicle injuries, mechanical injuries, lifting injuries, object strikes, high-altitude falls, fires, etc.);6. On-site first aid knowledge (first aid for accidental injury, first aid for electric shock, artificial respiration, chest extrusion, first aid for heatstroke, first aid for crushing injury, first aid for falling from high altitude, first aid for fire scene) was explained.
In the final summary, through a series of real and vivid pictures of major safety accidents, we can remember that safety is no small matter. Safety is very important to ourselves, our families and our work. It is hoped that every employee will always keep in mind the safety in production, learn from the experience and lessons of past accidents, and prevent them from getting worse. Only when we work together can we be safe, our families feel at ease, and our work can be carried out efficiently.
