Structural features:
From the coupling end, are clockwise rotation, users need to counterclockwise rotation of the pump, must be special when ordering;
The pump casing is horizontally open, and the suction inlet and discharge outlet of the pump are cast on the lower half of the pump body. When checking the inside of the pump casing, as long as the pump cover is disassembled, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet water pipes;
The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump body are provided with threaded holes for installing vacuum gauges and pressure gauges, and the bottom of the inlet and outlet flanges are provided with screw plugs for water discharge;
The rotor components undergo a dynamic balance test. The impeller is fixed on the pump shaft with a shaft sleeve and a shaft sleeve nut on both sides, and its axial position is adjusted with a shaft sleeve nut. The impeller is of a double-suction structure. The liquid enters the impeller from both sides to balance the axial force. If there is any residual axial force, there are shaft end bearings to bear it;
The bearing adopts rolling bearing and grease lubrication;
The pump is directly connected with the motor by elastic coupling;
The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or soft packing seal;
