Structural features
The pump is a single-stage, vertical, bottom suction, horizontal discharge centrifugal pump.
The pump body adopts an annular pressure-out chamber, the impeller is designed according to the anti-cavitation performance, and the impeller outlet is equipped with radial guide vanes to improve the efficiency of the pump and avoid the occurrence of radial force.
The pump set is equipped with high-temperature mechanical seal and self-circulating cooling system to prevent medium leakage.
The coupling adopts a diaphragm coupling with an intermediate section to ensure that the mechanical seal is replaced without disassembling the motor.
The pump set has the advantages of simple structure, quick disassembly and assembly, convenient maintenance, and the design life is more than 60 years.
