Structural features
The structure is a multi-stage horizontal open centrifugal pump, the inlet and outlet are located on both sides of the pump body. Horizontal arrangement;
The mechanism design is reasonable, with stable operation, low noise, convenient maintenance and high efficiency;
During maintenance, the upper shell can be directly uncovered to inspect the rotor components without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipelines;
The pressure chamber adopts double vortex chamber, and the front and rear impellers are arranged symmetrically. Therefore, the radial force and axial force of the pump are theoretically balanced, and the residual and instantaneous axial force generated is supported by the diagonal contact ball bearing set at the non-driving end;
The rolling bearing is adopted, the driving end is a cylindrical roller bearing, and the free end is a pair of paired angular contact ball bearings;
Bearing lubrication thin oil lubrication, air cooling;
The bearing adopts the container type mechanical seal, flushing mode PLAN11;
The pump is driven by a motor through a diaphragm coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the coupling end.
