Structural features
The pump is a single, bedroom radial split volute pump, pump body for foot support, axial suction, radial discharge. Viewing from the motor end, it rotates in a clockwise direction.
Double volute pump body; The pump body with a diameter of 80mm or more in this series is a double volute, with small radial force, small deflection of shaft, long service life of shaft sleeve and bearing, low consumption and high efficiency.
The impeller mechanism is divided into two types: closed impeller (standard type) and open impeller (ZAO type). The closed impeller has strong adaptability to industry and mining, high efficiency and small pump NPSH. The open impeller is suitable for conveying liquid with high concentration of solid particles (up to 10%) and low pump NPSH.
The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal (single end face or double end face).
When the pump adopts integral and heavy bearing bracket, air cooling or water cooling can be adopted when the temperature T>250 ℃.
