Structural features
It is a bag-type vertical multistage centrifugal pump. The following parts of the pump base adopt a core-pulling structure, which makes the disassembly and maintenance of the pump convenient;
The inlet and outlet positions of the pump can be made into 90 °, 180 °, 270 ° and other multi-angle displacement;
In order to make the pump have good anti-cavitation performance, the first stage impeller is specially designed and used in combination with the inducer, or the double suction impeller structure is adopted;
Under the premise of meeting the performance requirements and ensuring sufficient rigidity, the axial guide vanes are used to reduce the radial size of the pump;
recommend, the thrust bearing is arranged on the pump, and the pump and the motor are connected by flexible coupling, which greatly facilitates the pump centering and on-site installation;
The shaft seal of the pump adopts mechanical seal.
The inlet position of the pump is placed above or below the foundation according to the different requirements of the user.
