Structural features
An important part of the upper charge pump chemical and volume control system (RCV).
The pump is a horizontal, double-shell, multi-stage multi-stage centrifugal pump.
The impeller is arranged symmetrically, and the inner shell is a segmented symmetrical vortex chamber, which effectively avoids the occurrence of radial force.
The impeller is designed for anti-cavitation performance. The constant axial force generated by the impeller, the instantaneous axial force generated by starting/stopping and load changes are borne by the double-sided Mitchell thrust bearing at the driving end; the entire rotor is supported by the radial bearing at the driving end and the hydrostatic bearing at the middle and non-driving ends.
The pump set is equipped with an improved container mechanical seal to effectively prevent the leakage of the medium.
The flow head curve has a steep slope and is resistant to thermal shock (7°C to 120°C).
Motor IE(K3), seismic Class 1A.
In order to facilitate rapid maintenance, the internal components of the pump are designed as an integral core package structure, and can realize the interchangeability of all parts in the same type of pump core package.
The coupling adopts a diaphragm coupling with an intermediate section to ensure that the mechanical seal is replaced without disassembling the motor.
The pump set has the advantages of simple structure, quick disassembly and assembly, convenient maintenance, and the design life is more than 60 years.
